For this annual fall exhibition, undergraduates across all Art & Design class years and majors are invited to submit one outstanding work that represents their creative practice at this moment. All mediums and formats are welcome.

2025 Undergraduate Annual Submission Instructions:

Each student is limited to one submission
Please fill out this artwork submission form by 5pm Monday, October 6, 2025
Please drop off your physical artwork (including media with a physical component) with one of the attendants in CSB Room 418 during one of the dropoff times below
Submit all video, sound, and new media files through the online submission form here

Tuesday, September 30, 10:30am–6pm
Wednesday , October 1, 10:30am–6pm
Thursday, October 2, 10:30am–7pm
Friday, October 3, 10:30am–7pm
Saturday, October 4, 10:30am–6pm
Monday, October 6, 10:30am–5pm
