“Directed by Chris Wu & Prem Krishnamurthy, Wkshps is a multidisciplinary design workshop that seeds and shapes identities. With decades of practice and a diversity of perspectives, Wkshps launches dynamic identities for experiences of all scales—from brands to biennials. Wkshps follows the renowned design studio Project Projects (2004–2017), recipient of the Cooper Hewitt’s National Design Award for Communication Design.”
“Wkshps’ robust, forward-thinking identity systems express themselves across media—including logos, communication programs, websites, online platforms, books, publications, printed matter, exhibitions, and spatial experiences. A discovery-driven design process, paired with a collaborative, hands-on approach, results in successful outcomes for art institutions, non-profits, public organizations, and global brands alike. Wkshps integrates cutting-edge design and agility with deep cultural knowledge and strategic insight.”
“How can a cutting-edge identity morph for new audiences? In 2007, architecture and planning studio WORKac commissioned us to create a provocative and ever-changing identity and website. They came back to us in 2018 to rethink the site for today. Our completely reimagined website generates a rich-multimedia experience out of the firm’s evolving portfolio.”
