There are many ways to get help with computer related issues wile using the computer lab workstations.
Check lab schedule:
First check the "tech help desk" located in the middle computer lab. If the door is shut, Shane may be in his office in room 221a.
The computer lab schedule is posted outside the printer area. The schedule shows the people who will be available to help. If the schedule shows that Shane is available, Ask him first.
