    Troubleshooting

Be sure to check the print monitor located through the class of the print room. This will let you know the progress of your print job and your position in the print queue.

If you job is not printing, check your print credits. If you do not have enough print credits to print a job, the print job will simply be ignored by the print server.

If you attempted to print more than one copy of a document at a time, your print job will be ignored. There is a bug in the print software that does not calculate multiple copies correctly. If you need to print multiple copies, print them one at a time.
